Communicopia

During last year's sold out Social Tech Training (which was created by Communicopia, Web of Change, and the MaRS Social Innovation Group) TV Ontario was filming a number of our trainers. We finally see the fruits of their labours in their "Digital U" web series, published on the web and YouTube this week.

On Thursday February 25, 2010, one of our long time clients, the UN Foundation will be featured once again on the Emmy-award winning television show, American Idol.  The overall theme of the show is raising awareness and much needed funds to support the UNF's and others' efforts to help Haiti rebuild.

The last 3 months have been a whilrwind, helping the TckTckTck global climate campaign get ready for, and do some serious movement building, in Copenhagen. After working a lot of 20 hour days during December, I'm still finding my feet again and hope to do some writing about what we learned together in what is probably the most diverse movement the world has ever seen.

In the meantime, there were a few good articles published about the work we did in Copenhagen, that tell parts of the story better than I can.
